The apartment is just a few metres from beautiful Golden Beach, and our top-floor place had a balcony facing the sea, with lovely sunrises each morning. You do have to get up early to catch them! We stayed in July 2023. The spacious apartment was clean, well equipped as described, and freshened up daily. Free guest parking was available, and nearby supermarkets, restaurants, shops, cafeterias, and beach bars made things easy. We ate breakfast on the balcony before exploring Thassos, its inland villages, and traditions, or simply relaxing on the beach. There are plenty of other beautiful beaches you can drive to, though some call for an early start because parking is limited and they fill quickly; others are reached only by dirt road. Still, you don’t need to go anywhere else if you’re happy with miles of sandy beach. The sea is clean, warm, and shallow, great for families with children. Kiki and Dimitris were lovely hosts who did their best to make our stay pleasant. Our first holiday on Thassos was fantastic, and we’d highly recommend Studios Giannakis. Thank you very much! We’ll be back!

We stayed for a week on the second floor in 2017, then booked two nights on the ground floor in 2021, in a place with a small garden. It has what you need, but it needs renovation. The hosts are friendly.

We had a terrace and a pleasant view of the sea from our ground-floor room, which also opened onto a garden. The hosts were great, and the room was cleaned every day. The location worked really well.

From studio 1 and apartment 3, the view is really nice. The rooms were clean, and the accommodation is right by the sea. We had a very good stay.

The studios they rent out don't actually have sea views. The photos show one, but that view is from the owners' private apartment.
