Breakfast came to the room, with quality ingredients and lovely presentation. From the rooftop jacuzzi in each room, we could watch the sunset and properly unwind. The Imerovigli setting was peaceful, with panoramic caldera views, and the property felt completely private despite being an easy two-minute walk from the main road. The rooms were comfortable, luxurious and clean, with thoughtful design and attention to detail. The property is exceptionally well maintained, and the owner, Lambros, was always available to help. It felt like great value and an ideal place to stay. Highly recommended! We visited over the Assumption Day long weekend.

What made our family trip memorable was the host. He was genuinely warm, gave us useful recommendations, and looked after us so well. We also loved the rooftop hot tub, with views that beat the others we saw on the island. The hotel sits high in a central spot, and our room was spotless and charming. Breakfast was delicious and prepared to suit our preferences.

The peace and quiet around Avista Suites Santorini suited our romantic getaway. We were close to Fira by a scenic stone path, with buses and rentals nearby, and Oia was a short drive or a good hike away. From our rooftop, the volcano, caldera, and sunset filled the view. The property sits at the highest point of the caldera, and the panorama was one of the best we saw on the island. We booked the Suite with Sea View. It felt like two suites, thanks to the loft and rooftop access, and the private heated rooftop hot tub was a treat. The spacious room had a beautifully minimal style. In the master bedroom, a small connecting room had a stool, mirror, and natural light, a comfortable spot for my girlfriend to do her make-up. Breakfast was complimentary, tasty, and varied. We marked our choices on a sheet each day and left it for the cleaning staff or gave it to Lampros. It arrived at the time we chose, between 8:30-11:00, so we could eat while looking over the caldera. Lampros, the owner, welcomed us, carried our luggage, and checked in often. His local advice, wine suggestions, and kindness made a real difference. He shared island history and pointed us to restaurants and wineries, always with a smile. The staff also went out of their way to return a necklace we had accidentally thrown away. Daily cleaning kept the room and hot tub spotless. The suite had a Nespresso machine, mini-fridge, bathrobes, and toiletries, so it was easy to feel at home. Avista Suites brought together comfort, calm, and warm hospitality.

The views were fantastic, and the gentleman who runs the place was lovely. He gave us great island tips, and breakfast in the morning was delicious and top notch. Wonderful service!
