The owner made this stay special from the moment I arrived. He was warm, kind, quick to respond, and went out of his way with help and advice. You really feel looked after, which is not something you find everywhere. Hotel Smaroula is in a quiet spot close to the beach, handy for exploring the area. My room was comfortable and beautifully kept, with what I needed for a relaxing stay. A wonderful experience, start to finish. Highly recommended!

This is really rooms rather than a hotel, with a coffee machine and fridge. It was clean and nice, with good air conditioning, and well placed for Elafonissi and other beaches. Nothing to complain about.

The owner was lovely, so nice and polite, and the room was spotless. I slept brilliantly on the super comfortable bed, and the shower was amazing. It's a perfect base for Elafonisi beach. I'd absolutely stay here again if I visit the beach. Thanks for such a fab room.

The food shacks are only a two-minute walk away and serve amazing food. This is a scenic, convenient place to stay if you're in Elafonisi, and it was nice and clean. Great host too. Highly recommended!

I planned on staying two days and ended up staying four. Elafonissi, the pink beach, is about 10 minutes away by car, and fantastic Kedradasos beach is around 12 minutes away. The building is new. Each room has a bathroom with a multifunction shower, and the double bed has a very comfortable double mattress. The mini kitchen has a hair dryer and heater, plus free Nescafe. Covered parking in the courtyard is free. Eugenio (Italy)
