The quiet setting and lovely staff were the best parts of our stay at Chrissy’s. For the price, it's hard to find a better all-inclusive hotel anywhere in Crete. Agia Pelagia is close by, around a 20-minute walk, and the hotel shuttle goes there too. There's a bus from Heraklion, but it only runs twice a day, so we'd recommend renting a car. The hotel helped us arrange one. The food choices were a little limited, though delicious, and we got to try plenty of local dishes. We also loved the pool and sunbathing area, and the bar's cocktails were great. There were activities like billiards, table tennis and table football. The staff brought such positive energy and were always happy to help. We'd love to come back one day for them alone.

The tiny showers and lack of in-room amenities were the only real downsides. Getting to Heraklion and activities meant paying for expensive taxis, so the location wasn't ideal. Still, the service was great throughout our week, the food selection was delightful (get the puddings too!) and the cocktails were lovely. The accommodation was great and we'd definitely stay again. We met Chrissey, the owner, who was lovely and chatty. I'd recommend it for a relaxed couple's break or a small family holiday. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The food was excellent, with lots of variety and great quality, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean, towel changes every two days, which we really appreciated, and the amenities were well maintained. We had a wonderful time here. It's a truly family-friendly hotel, highly recommended!

The buffet had lots of different dishes, and the meals were really delicious. Staff were kind, and the sea view was beautiful. Walking to the beach takes 25 minutes, but there's a shuttle bus with a very kind driver. The municipal beach is okay, with both rocky and sandy spots. It's a very good hotel for an all-inclusive holiday at this price.
