Corfu Palace Hotel

Spiros was the best, making us great coffee by the pool, and Kaitlin gave me the best massage ever. Definitely check out the spa if you’re there. We had a wonderful stay. The pool was amazing, the food was delicious, and everyone was so friendly. Our room was really comfortable, and you can walk straight into town.

The harbor views are beautiful, and old town is just a quick walk away. Such a lovely hotel, with a great mix of history, elegance, and charm. One of our Greece day stays was a highlight!

I came here to relax and paid a lot, but there were no sunbeds at the hotel or on the beach, and none nearby either. I ended up staying on the balcony and am going home four days early. I’ve never been to a 5-star place without sunbeds. For this price, I might as well have stayed somewhere 2-star with a pool and a lounger. The room was okay, the cleaner was lovely, and the food was okay too. It may be posh, but it doesn’t seem to cater to hard-working people. Never again. It’s way overpriced.

Otherwise, the food, drinks, and service were great, and the facilities should benefit from the renovation since they’re quite tired. But the owners’ sons and their friends seemed to treat the place as their own playpark. They made as much noise as they liked, monopolized the pool, mistreated the hardworking staff, and said things like, “Don’t you know who this is?” They also did dangerous stunts from the loungers into the pool and gave the lifeguards grief when asked to stop. I thought the hotel was supposed to focus on the customer experience, not give the owners’ sons and their friends one. Incredibly disappointing.
