The location makes this a great place to stay: the beautiful beach is two minutes down the street, Chania's old centre is about a slow 40-minute walk along or beside the beach, and a frequent local bus leaves from a minute away. There are loads of lovely restaurants within a 15-minute walk, plus Lidl and Synka supermarkets around ten minutes away. The flats work well for sharing and have a fridge and a single stove, which is handy for small meals like breakfast with eggs and sausages. Rooms and outdoor areas are clean, and the bathrooms are spacious and well kept. It's simple accommodation with no restaurant or much entertainment, and the pool is small but clean. Nothing fancy, just a good fit if that's what you're after.

The apartments are peaceful, even though shops, bars, restaurants, and several beaches are only a few minutes' walk away. We walked along the beach to Chania Old Town, which took about 40 minutes. Christos picked us up at the airport and drove us back when we left, sharing lots of interesting details about the area. Our garden room was set among beautifully maintained gardens, with a clean, traditional feel, a kitchenette that's just right for breakfast, a large tiled shower room, and a comfortable bed. The pleasant housekeeper came every day. We often got coffee and toasties from the bar, and Yorgas always served them with a smile. There was a nice pool with chairs and loungers, and it was never crowded. We loved the apartments and the local area. Thank you for our stay, and I hope I've got your names right!

The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. It's a pleasant, quiet, clean place, and within walking distance of Chania's best beaches. Iguana beach was our favorite. We stayed at nikolas suites for more than a week and will definitely come back.

The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed, with lovely garden views from every room. The pool is small but very cozy, and there's a bar beside it. The owner was friendly and helpful, and reception is open 24 hours. It's a great location, a three-minute walk to the beach and one minute to the bus stop for Chania, about 15 minutes away. Truly recommend this place ❤️
