The service was awful. The food wasn’t tasty, the rooms were dirty, and the furniture was very old. The toilet leaked and the air conditioner didn’t work. We asked the staff several times to deal with these problems, but nobody actually helped. This was the worst holiday of my life. A waste of time and money, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The grounds weren’t bad, but that was about the only positive. I really don’t understand where the five-star reviews came from. If comfort and tidiness matter to you, go somewhere else. If they don’t, it might be okay. Two stars.

This is a perfectly normal hotel. Most of the negative comments seem to have been written in a moment of personal dislike, and don’t reflect the hotel’s actual condition. I urge people to be objective and not rely on fake reviews.

Compared with other local hotels, the service here was really poor. The linens were dirty, and the staff refused to change them. The food wasn’t fresh and tasted horrible. If you want a pleasant place to stay, it’s better to avoid this hotel.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The bedding was dirty, the bathroom smelled and had mold, and the food was bad. The staff were incompetent and didn’t know basic English, but kept asking for tips. I strongly don’t recommend it.
