The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is right by a charming beach, which makes it a lovely seaside location. The building is old and dated, though, and there aren’t enough power outlets in the rooms.

We booked two nights in a sea-view room through booking.com and had a confirmation, but after driving a long way for our holiday, we were told at reception that there was no reservation. The man there didn’t even check my confirmation number. He knew there had been a booking, but I suspect he’d sold the room to someone staying longer than our two nights so he could make more money. He told us to call booking because it wasn’t his problem. If I hadn’t been exhausted and travelling with a small child, I would definitely have looked for somewhere else to stay.

The other services were fine, but the rooms could use some refurbishment.

It’s an older hotel, and I mean that in a good way. The double rooms are spacious at 20 m2, with a stunning view and a bathroom with a bathtub. There’s a reception, the staff are pleasant and accommodating, and everything was clean. 🙂

The staff and location were great. Rooms are roomy and have a separate kitchen. The one downside is that there’s no Wi-Fi from the second floor up.
