My Comfy Apartment

We never stayed at My Comfy Luxury Rooms, because our first flight was delayed by extreme weather in Spain and we missed our connection to Mykonos. We reached Greece a day late, arriving in Athens instead. I’m sharing the available information for clarity, and don’t want to be too harsh since we didn’t actually stay. I’m sure the rooms are pleasant, but people booking should know that if a stay is cancelled for a reason like ours, the property still charges the full amount and offers neither a voucher nor a discount toward a later stay. We paid almost 230EUR for the room and also had to book another hotel. That seems unusual for Greece, where owners are normally kind and accommodating in situations affecting guests’ stays. The owner had been very kind before our arrival and chatted with us on whatsapp. When we asked for even some minimal compensation, she didn’t consider it and simply said it wasn’t possible. It’s a pity, since we often travel to Greece and would have considered staying there on a future Mykonos trip. Given what happened, I can’t recommend the property.
