Grigoris and Katerina were so warm and helpful, even stepping in when something unexpected came up. Their kindness made the place feel like home. The house itself is roomy, immaculate, and very well cared for, and it’s ideally placed for exploring the area. Everything matched the description, and we were comfortable from the start. We’d love to return someday and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Casa De Calma is set in a quiet village, about 10 minutes from the busy feel of Argostoli. Outside, there’s a lovely maintained pool with loungers, tables and a shaded spot, plus plenty of seating and two barbecue areas for gathering. The owners, Gregory and his family, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They had the fridge stocked with basic supplies, and the house had all the electrical equipment we could need, along with loads of bedding, towels and pillows. There’s air conditioning in every room. They also made sure my son had what he needed, which made travelling easier, and even gave him a sweet little island gift. Thanks so much for everything!

The basement shower is quite narrow, so it’s really only comfortable for slim people. Aside from that, it’s a lovely house with great furnishings in a peaceful spot. A storm knocked out the electricity overnight, but the landlord arrived straight away in the morning and got it fixed. The location is great.

We stayed for 12 days and really enjoyed the quiet setting, the mountain views, and all the room in the villa. The garden is large and has a pool too. You do need transport here. The people were incredibly kind and hospitable, and there were drinks and snacks waiting when we arrived. SUPER 👍👌
