Georgia has thought of everything to make a stay comfortable, and the apartment is very good, with all you need. The design deserves even more stars. The kitchen was fully equipped, with ice ready, a fireplace prepared to use, and every sort of kitchen appliance. There's a supermarket next door, and the seaside is a one-minute walk away. We liked having a late dinner out, then walking back to the apartment, around 1 - 1.2km or 15 min. I really recommend this place.

We only stayed two nights in August 2019 and wished we'd booked more. Georgia greeted us warmly and was very helpful throughout. The flat is spotlessly clean, with nice rooms and a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. It's a short walk to the sea, with a path along the waterfront, and Delphi is an easy half-hour drive away. A great base for spending time and exploring the region. Thoroughly recommend!

A minute from the beach, the Luxury Seafront House also offered a boat cruise around the small islands near Itea. It made the area feel so exotic, and was the most surprising part of our stay. Inside, the colours and modern design of every room really impressed me. The residence feels cozy as soon as you walk in, with a sharp, up-to-date look, and it casually meets 2021’s essentials. It's a remarkable place in a remarkable location. I strongly suggest a visit, and I'm definitely coming back for a longer stay.

The property is carefully furnished and well maintained, with thoughtful touches to meet visitors' needs. Georgia was a superb host and went out of her way to help us with a problem, even though she didn't have to.

I loved the apartment, it was spacious, stylish, and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts were so hospitable. The sea is 2 min away, and Delphi is a 20 min drive.
