Glyfada Beach Villas

I only came here for lunch and an afternoon at the beach, rather than staying at the resort. The terrace had lovely views and a great atmosphere, and the food was varied and very good. Service was friendly and well organized. Getting in is a little tricky, but any kind of car can make it. At the gate, use the intercom, then park inside. Electric carts take you down to the seaside terrace and bring you back up afterward. The private beach has white pebbles. Sunbeds cost €8 and umbrellas are free. It officially closes at 7 PM, though we stayed until around 8 PM.

We stumbled on this gem with a few days left on Paxos, thankfully. On several different days we rented two sun beds and had lunch and drinks. The staff made the experience even better. At 8€ per sun bed, we were happy to pay, and I can’t recommend the place enough.

We stayed at Glyfada for 5 nights and would gladly return, as would plenty of the other guests, who seemed to be coming back too. The complex is beautiful, and Doreen & Spiros run it really well. Our villa was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely private patio. The food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced compared with nearby places, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The minibus from the port and into Lakka/Logos/Gaios was very useful, more convenient and cheaper than a taxi. Logos is a 15 minute walk, and Lakka around 35 minutes.

Doreen & Spiros made sure we had everything we needed, and all the staff were friendly and really helpful. Our room at Glyfada Villa was clean, nicely put together, and had everything we needed. We had a lovely stay. 10/10.
