The beach is only a two minute walk away, with a couple of great beach bars serving delicious Greek food. We stayed as two couples, though the villa would work really well for a family too. Villa Muscalas was an incredible find on Paxos, with gorgeous sea views, a private pool, a lovely veranda and a modern interior. The fencing and gates around the property made it feel safe and private. Simply paradise. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Paxos.

Marios was a gougers host, answering our questions right away and giving us great suggestions for places to eat and hidden spots around the island. He also helped us sort out transport information for the ferry, bus and taxi. The villa itself matched the photos exactly, with great design and a really high spec, plus a lovely pool and fantastic sea views. We visited Villas Muscalas in September 2019, loved it, and have already booked for next year!

Marios gave us lovely suggestions for restaurants, beaches and places to catch a romantic sunset. We stayed in one of the villas last June on Paxos, and it was such a peaceful oasis, surrounded by greenery. Everything about the stay was lovely, especially the high standard of cleanliness and all the attention to detail. I hope I can come back soon!

The island felt like a perfect paradise, with nice restaurants, shops and easy boating. Our teenage kids said it was an absolutely wonderful holiday, and we’d love to return. We were there in summer 2018 with our 16-year-old boy and 15-year-old girl. The house was spacious, very clean and well equipped, and the walk down to the beach was easy, though it’s uphill coming back. There are places to get food or drinks by the gorgeous beach. Marios and his helper lady were extremely kind and helpful, and really tried to meet our needs. Thank you!

There were lots of thoughtful things ready when we arrived: soft towels, bio olive oil soaps, water, juice, local wine and homemade olives from the property's olive groves. The kitchen was stocked too, with candles and matches and nice dishes. Two families of four, including two young children, found the villa perfect for us. It was stylish and comfortable, with a pool that worked well for our family and a great outdoor seating area with fantastic sea views. Monodendri beach is just a couple of minutes away on foot. We used the free stand up paddles there and explored the coast, including Lakos beach, Orkos beach and Arkoudaki beach. We absolutely loved everything at Villas Muscalas.
