The calm setting and little thoughtful touches made our stay memorable. Kalomoira was warm, welcoming, and ready to help, and Kalomoira’s Apartments were cozy, spotless, and only a few minutes from Simos Beach. We got everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend it for a visit to Elafonisos, we'd happily come back.

The area is peaceful but still very close to the center, and having private parking on this island mattered a lot to us. The apartment was comfortable and lovely, and its owner was a kind, wonderful woman who was there whenever we needed something. Elafonisos felt like a little paradise, such a magical place to relax.

Our host even brought over homemade treats from her kitchen, and the apartment was easy to settle into, spotless, and run by lovely people. The big problem for us was no Wi-Fi in our downstairs room for either of our two nights. It made handling travel plans and work back home really difficult. We could get Wi-Fi at businesses around the island, so it didn't seem to be an island-wide problem, even with the crazy weather. Since our room was tucked into the residence, maybe ours was the only one affected. The island itself is sweet, with gorgeous beaches, and the ferry ride is under 10 minutes.

The rooms and outdoor sitting areas made our stay really comfortable, and the place was clean to a degree even my clean-freak self appreciated, 11/10. Cute decor, too, and it felt homey and safe. Kalomoira and her husband were kind and accommodating, with pastries waiting in our room when we arrived. It’s an easy walk to the ferry and restaurants. The island was beautiful, but I'd come back just to stay here again. Such a hidden gem!
