Athina Apartments

The rooms were basic, as expected, but had everything we needed and were cleaned six days a week. The beds felt a little hard to me. We had a great 10 days here. Athina, Ellie, Dennis, George and the cleaners were all kataplictico! If we can, we’ll be back next year.

Great value for money, with the pool open to everyone and good food and drinks at Poolvar. Our family room faced the street, but noise wasn’t a problem. The room was cleaned every day, and the staff were very helpful with good tips on places to visit. The apartments are right in the centre of Kalamaki.

The apartments were clean, the pool was nice, and the location was good. I had a negative encounter with one staff member, though it was resolved by the end of our trip. Denis and George were lovely to talk to and couldn’t do enough for guests. The lack of security at night was an issue for us.

We were happy with our stay, even though our very large two-bedroom room was beside the main road and there was some traffic noise at night. The pool area and its bar and restaurant were really nice. The rooms are a good size, and the accommodation is well priced in central Kalamaki. Air conditioning costs 7 euros per room, per night.
