The Samirah Luxury Residences

We booked that same morning, and less than an hour later Jenny, the hospitality manager, had messaged to ask when we'd arrive. She kindly arranged to have the place ready at 11 a.m., hours ahead of the official check-in. Getting in with the keyless access codes was simple and convenient. Our ground floor two-bedroom unit was modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a great private pool and a roomy outdoor area. Restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and parks were an easy walk away. Jenny answered every question and request quickly and with real kindness. She even offered late checkout because our next place couldn't check us in early, which made the move much easier and more comfortable for our family. Everything went smoothly, and this was one of our best stays anywhere.

I had a great three-day stay and would recommend booking here during the tourist season. The service was reliable, the staff were professional, and the location was good. Special thanks to Jenny, the manager, who was responsive and respectful with all our questions.

The apartment was comfortable and very clean, but the way management handled things was extremely disappointing. We made a mistake after a misunderstanding, apologized right away, and offered to cover any costs. Even so, our fully paid reservation was abruptly canceled. As I saw it, this wasn't required by a contract term or law, but was the manager's way of punishing us and asserting authority. She changed the door code and left us outside overnight with our two children, despite our explaining that we had to attend a family wedding and had nowhere else to go. The next morning, we also had to pay extra just to get our luggage back. You may enjoy the apartment if everything goes smoothly. If a problem comes up, don't expect understanding, flexibility, or a fair resolution from management.

I would never recommend this hotel. It was nice, clean, and wonderful, but the attitude toward guests was impudent and disrespectful. You blocked a family with 2 minor children from entering, even though you had no legal right to do so and we had a valid reason. We hadn't stayed overnight, yet you asked for money before giving us our luggage. Show me an official document, not just a reason, proving you were entitled to do this, and showing that I or a family member caused loud noise. You don't even have a receptionist or a register of hotel guests, which isn't legal. There are many other reasons for my dissatisfaction, and you'll have to answer for them to the competent control authorities in Greece.
