The view from the patio was the highlight for me, looking out over much of the island and the sea from high above. I came to Nisyros largely because of Melanopetra, and it lived up to what I’d hoped for. The apartment has lovely decor and thoughtful arrangements, with such careful attention to detail that it seems an architect refurbished it. Everything we needed was there, and more. We stayed three nights at this hidden gem.

The owners were incredibly helpful and quick to respond, and made sure we had what we needed. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we could want. The view is breathtaking. One of the best places I’ve stayed, and I can’t recommend it enough.

A great apartment in Nisyros, beautifully equipped and furnished, with amazing views of the sea and surrounding islands. I’d definitely come back if I can. Just a small heads-up, the path and stairs from the parking area are quite steep, though the distance is under 100 metres.
