We felt very welcome, and the place stayed quiet despite being close to restaurants, bars, and cafes. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including complimentary coffee and tea. The fridge was already cold, with two sealed bottles of water waiting for us. There was a parking space right outside, and a small garden leading to a private patio with a table and chairs. We enjoyed sitting there in the evenings and taking in the view. The owner called before our arrival to let us know the room would be ready early, then asked us to call when we reached Ermioni so she could give us detailed directions. She was there to greet us, show us around, and point out beaches and local attractions. Two days later she quietly checked that all was well and asked if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

As soon as you book and pay through the app, they stop answering calls. The place was awful, out in the middle of nowhere, with construction going on the whole time. I complained but got no refund. I left less than five minutes after they showed me the place. After that I kept calling and they never answered. Anyone thinking of renting it should check the lights they're using there too. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The owner also sent very rude messages on Booking after finding out I'd cancelled, and started looking over his key.

The room was beautiful and spotless, and it had thoughtful practical things for a longer stay: cooking spices, detergent, and a basin for a small load of laundry. There was cream soap and shampoo in a liter container, rather than the little sample bottles hotels usually give you. Mrs. Giota was a wonderful host. I highly recommend the place.
