Breakfast was included and fantastic, with everything we could want before a day of exploring. The staff made us feel at home, always helpful and greeting us with genuine smiles. We also had some great, thoughtful conversations with them. The hotel is incredibly cozy and feels like a peaceful retreat. The building's architecture is stunning, and it's tucked into one of the prettiest, cutest parts of Hermoupolis. A charming gem. I can't recommend it enough if you're after a warm, authentic stay. I'll be back!

An airline strike disrupted our plans and put Syros on our agenda at the last minute. Appolonion palace was the only room available for our family on the island, and we lucked out. The hospitality from the moment we arrived was beyond five-star. The food was amazing, and the down-to-earth personalities throughout our stay meant a lot. They helped with taxis and car hire and even suggested restaurants. The views and breakfast were lovely, too.
