The balcony looked out over the port, and the lady who welcomed us was lovely. She kindly upgraded us to a better room. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel is close to plenty of shops and restaurants. It’s only 5min on foot from the port and bus station, which suited us since we had a 7am ferry to Serifos. There was loud music outside until 3am, which disturbed our sleep. The hotel seems to be beside a noisy bar. We were there on a Saturday, so perhaps it was noisy because of the weekend. Even with the interrupted night, I’d stay here again if I needed to be near the port early in the morning.

The view from the hotel was magnificent, the kind that stays with you after you've left. Katerina and the whole team were polite, professional, genuinely kind, and made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. We felt right at home in the spotless, well-kept rooms. The hotel sits in the heart of Ermoupoli, the capital of the island, just steps from shops, restaurants, and the best transport connections. It was convenient for both exploring town and travelling farther afield. For the level of comfort and service, the prices were very reasonable and the value for money excellent. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Florence Boutique in Syros, and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended.

The staff were very sweet, and the location was ideal: near the port, between the residential area and the tourist shops. It stayed quiet and uncrowded, while the action was only a stone's throw away. The rooms weren't spectacular, but they were better than the price suggested. All amenities were included, and they provided any extras we asked for, even when they didn't have to.
