The location earns the one star. The POS has been broken since June, and staying here was a waste of money. I’d sleep better on a bench.

Eliza was polite, but she was absent. They should take better care of the rooms instead of focusing only on the money. Our triple room was tiny, with one of the beds being a bunk bed of the bad kind. The bathroom was so cramped we barely fit, and there was no shampoo. Over five nights, the room was cleaned just once. There was nowhere to hang our clothes, and the terrace was shared by all the rooms, including ground floor ones. There are lots of stairs and no elevator, which makes it unsuitable for older people or anyone with mobility problems. Sound carries straight through the walls, so when the neighbors came in, it felt like they were coming into our room. The location was the only good thing. I can’t recommend it.

For four days, our room was never cleaned, and they didn’t even provide shampoo. The beds were very uncomfortable, the room was old and small, and there was no soundproofing at all. The terrace bathroom where we stayed had plastic instead of a proper ceiling or wall, and cockroaches could get through it. At three in the morning, we were chasing one around the room. The only good thing was the location, as the other reviews say. For these conditions, the price is unacceptable. At most, it’s worth 30 euros a night.

The location was the only good thing. The stay was a huge disappointment and nothing like the website photos. There was mold in both the bathroom and kitchen, dirty towels and sheets, and a terrible smell that made us feel disgusted. Basic hygiene standards weren’t met. The bathroom was worse than a public toilet, and the price didn’t match the quality at all. The worst hotel stay.
