The terrace is nice, and there’s street parking. It’s central but still very quiet, with everything you need.

Matala beach, with its famous rock caves, is nearby, and Knossos is a little over an hour away. We had a hard time leaving this house. Thank you! It’s a semi-detached home on a slight slope, with its own terrace looking over Kamilari. Inside there’s a living room and kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, another with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a toilet. The kitchen has what you need, plus a washing machine and dishwasher. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and other basics were there, and the owner greeted us with orange juice and homemade snacks. It really felt like home. The bunk-bed room has toys for children, air conditioning, and extra towels if needed. You can park on the street at the bottom of the house. There’s also a playground nearby and a general store where you can buy just about anything. A lovely young woman works there and always greeted us with a smile, especially our son. Her friend's wife is Polish, so she knows lots of Polish words. Best regards! 🙂

The terrace has a lovely view and is a great spot to relax. The house had everything we needed, including two rooms and a nice kids' room with toys. It’s centrally located in a lovely village with a playground and a mini market-super market that has everything and even opens on Sundays. A very good choice for families.
