All 24 guests were impressed with the atmosphere, the villas, and the hospitality. We chose Falasarna Luxury Villas for a surprise birthday celebration for my wife, and the owner helped arrange both a cake and catering with professional staff. He was quick, friendly, and very professional from our first contact, and everything came together smoothly. The villas were spotless, well kept, and had wonderful sea views. Every detail was covered, and the standard was above what we expected. It became a magical celebration and one of the loveliest memories of our lives. I wholeheartedly recommend Falasarna Luxury Villas for a family holiday or a special event.

George was responsive, great to work with, and went out of his way to help. We brought 21 people for my birthday and stayed six nights in two villas with ten bedrooms between them. Everyone was comfortable, and the en-suite bathrooms worked perfectly. The pool and outdoor dining space also suited our group of 20 guests really well. We’d happily book here again. One room had three adults in it and felt a bit cramped, so I wouldn’t suggest that setup, and the host agrees.

We had a great time here, with all the utilities we needed. The villas are gorgeous, looking out toward the beach and the surrounding mountains. Georgio had left some perishables for us and even brought over ice creams, which was a lovely touch. I’d definitely recommend it for a large group.

We were 15 friends and had a perfect stay. The villas looked great, were very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location and views were wonderful, and the hosts were kind and supportive. We’re already looking forward to returning.

We arranged a special dinner with private chefs with the host’s help, and he was friendly and quick to respond. We stayed in both Villa Elpida and Villa Galatia for our wedding celebration, and the property and location worked really well for an event like that. The villas were new, very clean, and nicely decorated. The pool area has breathtaking views, especially at sunset. We also booked a catamaran trip with beach hopping through the host, but bad weather meant it couldn’t go ahead that day. If you need a lovely place for a special event, I’d recommend these villas.
