The room had an unpleasant smell, and our ground-floor room had mold. Breakfast was quite basic and limited. Even though it was included, we still had to buy things like eggs or yogurt. The view and location were excellent, close to Falasarna Beach, and there was a terrace with a garden and parking. At the off-season price, it was good value, but I wouldn't pay the full summer rate.

We got good value at the off-season price, though I wouldn't pay the full rate in summer. The view was excellent, and the position near Falasarna beach was great. There was a terrace with a garden and parking. The ground-floor room had mold and smelled bad. Breakfast wasn't amazing, just basic and quite small. We had to buy extra eggs or yogurt even though breakfast was included.

The owners were really nice, and we had a lovely stay at Kavousi Resort. The view was beautiful, the sea and beach were nearby, and breakfast was great with choices. Can fully recommend.

It's a calm, comforting place where you can really feel Greek life. We stayed two nights in two different rooms, and both were perfect, clean, spacious, and had everything needed, plus amazing views. Breakfast was really good, and the host was great, very available and full of helpful advice about the area. Highly recommended.

The rooms are clean and have everything you need, and the sunset view from each one is breathtaking 🧡 The owner is so kind and thoughtful ❤️ She gives you maps and explains how to reach the area's main sights, including whether the roads are suitable for a rental car. You can also borrow a beach umbrella from the hotel for free 😊
