Serenity Suites Sea View 2

We were a little unsure because there weren’t many reviews yet, but Serenity Suites turned out to be exactly the kind of getaway we wanted. The building is new, recently built, and set high on a mountain, with greenery all around and the ocean visible in the distance. The rooms were beautiful and immaculate, there was a refreshing pool, plenty of other amenities, and a drinks bar. There were also classic games to enjoy, and the nearby beach gave us lots to do. The family who runs the place made the biggest impression. They gave us a quick introduction to the new property when we arrived, and their warmth was obvious from the first day in the backyard. Their daughters sometimes come along to work with them and carry on that welcoming family spirit. On our first day, the hosts gave us a delicious Greek dessert made by their parents, even though we’d barely met and had only spoken once or twice. We happened to be there for Panagia, one of Greece’s most important holidays. The night before a party, the hosts arranged a lovely family gathering and offered to take us to a beautiful nearby church landmark. On Panagia itself, their family had made an amazing spread of food. They treated us like family, and it made the stay feel special.

The owners were so kind, and the place was wonderfully peaceful with a great view. I spent four nights there and enjoyed every minute. I’ll definitely return!
