The hotel is small, quiet, and has a really exclusive feel, with hardly any disruptive noise or crowds. Music stayed tasteful and low. It’s a great choice for a peaceful or romantic break, while public transport and taxis make it easy to reach the Old Town or Faliraki if you want more action. The food was amazing, well presented, and there was plenty of choice. The staff were kind, attentive, and always smiling. Our room was upgraded for free and had a fantastic view. Room service came twice a day, so help was there if we needed anything in the evening. This was the best resort I’ve ever stayed at and the perfect first holiday for my partner and me. We had no complaints, only praise for the hotel and its knowledgeable staff. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks for a wonderful week!

For the high price, we expected a real five-star stay, especially compared with other hotels in the area. The staff were kind and attentive, but the facilities didn’t feel luxurious enough. The breakfast was disappointing, more like what you’d get at a three-star hotel than a premium property. Our room amenities and cleanliness also fell short. On arrival, there was a hair on the body cream, and the soaps had already been partly used. Little details like that matter. The jacuzzi wasn’t heated either, which took away from the experience. Taken together, these things left us feeling the hotel didn’t live up to its five-star rating. At that price, we expected more quality, care with details, and comfort.

Everything was superb, apart from one thing I’d suggest management reconsider: recommending the dinner buffet at esperia village. The food there isn’t up to the standard of this hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and very quiet, with a magnificent à la carte breakfast. The pool was also nice and warm in October.

Julia, the manager, deserves a special mention. She was kind, professional, and attentive to every detail, a real asset to the hotel. The whole team made our stay wonderful, with outstanding service from check-in to check-out. Our spacious room was very clean and had a stunning view. The pool area was gorgeous and relaxing, and breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the whole team. If you’re after comfort and great service, this is the place.
