A really nice, small hotel with clean rooms, a pool and a little restaurant. Breakfast was good, and the beach is close by. The family and hotel staff were friendly and always ready to help. A great place.

The room we got was nothing like the listing description. We had booked a balcony and a sea view, but were put on the ground floor with neither. The condition of the room was unacceptable. It smelled strongly of mold, wasn't clean and looked old. There were ants, and the sheet on the extra bed had visible stains. The ceiling showed clear efforts to cover mold and peeling plaster. I'll attach photos and videos from when we arrived to show the differences.

Two years after our first visit, we came back and everything was still the same. We loved it again and can't wait to return. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the drinks were really tasty. We'll definitely be back.

The owners' family is so friendly and caring, and they make you feel welcome. We had a very clean, well-equipped apartment that was thoroughly cleaned every two days. Since this year there's also a nice pool. Everything we needed was within walking distance, and the wonderful beach is practically on the doorstep. For us, this is the best place to stay, and we love coming here.

A really nice place with lovely rooms, very close to the sea. The host family were friendly and funny. If we come to Faliraki again, we'd definitely stay here.
