Cyprotel Faliraki - All Inclusive Resort

The staff made us feel welcome and were always ready to help, and the facilities were well kept and worked as they should. The location was handy too: the bus stop is about a five-minute walk away, with hourly trips to Rhodes Old Town and Lindos. Faliraki Beach and the town centre are around 15 minutes on foot, and the hotel also runs daily train and bus services to local attractions, which made exploring the island easy. We found the pools spacious and not too crowded, and the slides were a real highlight, with room to use them without being packed in with other guests. Drinks were excellent, and food was available between meals. The dining room had plenty of tables even when it was busy, and there was a good range of dishes that changed daily. Some were better than others, but there was always something for different tastes. Our room was roomy and comfortable, and the housekeeping team kept it exceptionally clean every day. The grounds are gorgeous, well maintained, and spacious. The hotel offers good value and would suit couples as well as families, especially families who’ll enjoy the pools, slides, and friendly atmosphere. A few small things could be improved, which is why I’ve rated it four stars, but they didn’t spoil a wonderful stay. I’d happily return and recommend Cyprotel to people visiting Rhodes.

I’ve just finished my stay and had a great time. The entertainment team kept us entertained and made sure we had a good holiday. Special thanks to Rico, Marlon, Salim, and Juan, who were always welcoming. This is a stay I won’t forget, thank you!

There’s something for everyone in the food, and it was nice too. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Good Time team around the pool made things such good fun. We had an amazing stay.

This is one of the best holidays I’ve had, and one of the top hotels I’ve stayed in, even though I’ve been on many trips. The hotel itself was lovely, with a brilliant food selection and loads on the menu. The staff were fantastic, and the animation team had excellent activities for kids of all ages. A special mention for Roxana, who’s a real credit to her role. She was polite, kind, respectful, listened to what I needed, and did what she could to help. She went out of her way to move me and my bags on the golf cart. I hope she’ll be back next year. The room was brilliant too, though it only had one plug by the bed and one for the TV. There was a kettle, but no cups, tea, or coffee. Cups and extras would be a nice touch for a 4-star place, though it wasn’t a major issue. Love Kerry, xx.
