Good value for your money. The towels and bed sheets were changed every day, and the place was clean. It's in the middle of bar street, but our room was at the far end of the hotel, so the noise didn't bother us. The bars close at 1 at night, so they won't keep disturbing you all night. One thing to know: there's an additional tax depending on how many days you stay. I paid 10,5 € for 8 days. I'd highly recommend it.

The owner was friendly, and the room was cleaned every day. If you want to go out and have no expectations, it could be perfect. But it smelled like fish every time, no matter what we tried. The rooms were said to be soundproof, but they weren't at all. There were actually holes in the wall around the door. The bathroom window wouldn't close, the shower was very small, and its curtain kept sticking to me. The toilet was so small you could barely sit on it. The AC didn't work at all during our stay, so the room was warmer than outside. It was also so loud at night that we couldn't open the sliding door, and its location made us worry someone might come in during the night. The TV didn't work either.

They were kind enough to help me get a very valuable item back after I left it at the hotel. They found it and shipped it to the UK, which I really appreciate. The hotel was spotless, with cleaning every day, and the location was fantastic for the beach, shops, and restaurants. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

KAPPA felt like something special for a family stay. The apartments are modern and stylish, with good furniture and equipment, including the TV, beds, air conditioning, and quality patio tables and chairs. Little touches like flowers and washing-up liquid made things easy, and the standard was well above the studios and apartments I’d usually stayed in. We were there with my two young children, and it worked perfectly for us. The location is very close to Bar Street, but I wouldn’t let that put you off. Faliraki has matured and has something for all ages. Every resort has some noise, whether it’s music, crickets, mopeds, or dogs. We once stayed farther out of town and barking dogs kept us awake all night. I’ve been visiting Faliraki for over 20 years, and this was my 29th visit. It was also my first time booking an apartment directly instead of through a travel company. The owners texted the day after we booked to thank us and ask whether we had questions. My only concern was getting into the apartment after our late night or early morning flight, and that was all sorted. Nikitas kept in touch from booking onwards and came to see us during the stay. He even checked in when the cleaning lady noticed the children weren’t feeling well. He asked how they were and whether he could help. The people are one of the things that make Greece and Rhodes memorable, and he really went out of his way for us. As someone who’s been coming to the island for a long time, I’d recommend KAPPA to anyone visiting Rhodes, not just Faliraki. Brilliant for my family, and I hope to see you again soon.
