I really liked that this felt more like a locals’ area than a resort. It’s a quiet, green, hilly spot with gorgeous views and a lovely area for walking between beaches and cafes. Buses serving the whole island are just a two-minute walk away. Faliraki centre is close enough that I didn’t need a taxi, though I wasn’t looking to stay right in the centre. Breakfast was lovely, and all the staff were helpful. I believe Vasilis was the manager, and he was an absolute star. Later in my Rhodes holiday I went to Pefkos, but I actually wish I’d stayed at Nikos. Thanks again, Vasilis, for being so friendly and positive. I’ll remember this place fondly. And please tip the staff, they work hard through a long season.

We enjoyed our stay enough to extend it. The deluxe rooms have a clever design, more like a simple, thoughtfully done interior than a standard hotel room, with indirect lighting. Breakfast is straightforward but plentiful, with good yoghurt and baked goods, and it kept us full for ages.

Nikos BnB is on a quiet street, just around the corner from the beach and a few cafe style shops. Those shops cost a lot more than supermarkets like Sklavenitis and Lidl. The beach, restaurants and town of Faliraki are further up the road. The staff were kind, friendly and accommodating. We were really sorry to leave.

We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely come back. The hotel is close to the beach and easy to get to, and the staff are communicative and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Just keep in mind it may not suit people with high resort standards.

The rooms were tidy and clean, just as shown in the pictures, and the place itself is lovely. The staff were welcoming and really friendly. They even let me stay in the common areas long after I’d checked out, and one of them gave me a scooter ride to the airport bus at the end. That was next level hospitality. I had a fantastic stay.
