Roseberry Studios

Dimitris was a kind, welcoming host, and the rooms were tidy. Couples get a nicely decorated room with a balcony and full AC, while families can book larger apartments with double toilets, big balconies, and room for four or more. The place is close to Faliraki's main street and its shops and bars, but sits in a quieter corner near laid-back bars with calmer music. We'd recommend it for couples or families.

We ended up booking another hotel for the last seven of our ten days. This studio didn't look like the photos on booking.com, and we never saw the host, just someone who left the keys and went. It was dirty throughout, with yellowish marks on the pillows and sticky surfaces on the boiler and heater. Not a place I'd recommend staying.

Susanna, the phone contact, was friendly and helpful, and she approved a refund through booking. We left without staying after a terrible check-in. The man there complained constantly, made offensive jokes, and touched me in inappropriate places while saying he was joking. When I told him not to touch me, he repeatedly said rudely that I had no sense of humor. We felt completely unwelcome. The sheet also had yellow stains. I don't recommend booking here.

The room was simple, with the basics, and it stayed adequately clean during our visit. Dimitris, the owner, was friendly and helpful, and his relaxed manner made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived.
