Ace place, top-notch!

The working air conditioning and Wi-Fi were good, and it was easy to walk to beaches, buses, and central Faliraki. But after a week here, I wouldn't choose this place again. There were two days without warm water. Showering in ice-cold water when covered in sand, sunscreen, and sweat was miserable. Our room wasn't cleaned once during the week. No fresh towels, toilet paper, or other bathroom supplies were provided either. The walls are paper thin. You can hear other guests clearly, plus a lot of traffic from nearby roads and the shouting and music from nearby bars and restaurants. Looking back, I would have booked somewhere else.

The air conditioner and refrigerator worked, but I would not stay here again. We had reliable hot water for the first two days, when the property was nearly empty. Once more guests arrived, there was no hot water in the mornings or evenings. We reported it right away, but the repairs took two days. Spending half a holiday without dependable hot water wasn't acceptable. There was no housekeeping at all during our 7-night stay. The room was never cleaned, the trash wasn't taken out, sand wasn't swept up, and our towels weren't changed. It was also extremely noisy. Traffic, scooters, and loud music from nearby places went on late into the night. Closing the windows and balcony door hardly helped. The sound insulation was practically nonexistent. For the last 2 nights, guests in the room next to us shouted until 4 a.m. and kept dropping heavy objects on the floor. It sounded like it was happening inside our own room, so sleep was impossible. There wasn't a drying rack for beachwear or any plates or basic kitchen utensils, just cups and a kettle.

A quiet atmosphere even though the beach and town center are conveniently close. Management was easy to reach and helpful when needed. The room was spotless, with fine mattresses and a high-end bathroom and shower. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it.
