TheaSea Luxury Suites - Villa Suite

I was there with my family for the Alexander the Great marathon. The place felt modern, clean, comfortable, and nicely kept. I did miss having a hair dryer. Also, if dogs make you nervous, expect to see some near the front of the property. They aren't dangerous, though.

We had a room that suited a couple well, with a sofa that could sleep one more person, a small table, and a compact kitchen with a fridge, stovetop, and coffee and tea makers. There was no oven. Each apartment has a little private garden, and parking in front of the buildings is available. The hosts were very welcoming, and the apartments look new with modern interiors. The beach is about 300 m away and Sahara Resort around 500 m. The drawback for us was that the closest restaurants were a 25-minute walk.

The apartments are new and clean, and the staff are really great and professional. There's a Nespresso machine in the apartment, and bath towels are included, changed every two days or whenever you ask. Parking is good, though it can fill up. WiFi is okay for regular use but could be better. The balcony fence is low, so there's not much privacy. The nearest beach is about five minutes away, and Nea Kallikratia is a 10-12 minute drive. The location still feels isolated, in the middle of nowhere.

We really enjoyed staying in the villa and bungalows. The accommodation is lovely and seems very new, with modern furniture and fresh bathrooms. The seaside is close, probably around 200 meters away.
