Phaedrus Living: Luxury Modern City Flat Koukaki

Koukaki is a fun, very safe neighborhood with everything you need nearby, including affordable restaurants. Plaka and the Acropolis are about a 10 minute walk for the main tourist sights. The room was comfortable and functional, though ventilation could be better and I would've liked a couch or chair. I'd definitely stay again.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and very clean, just like the pictures. The bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water and good pressure, and the quiet AC was a favorite for my boyfriend. I liked the bright bedroom lighting for doing my makeup, and the kitchenette was a nice touch. He arrived early and could check in, and they even lent him a power adapter. My flight was delayed, so I was glad to walk into such a lovely place. We had a great stay in September, and I'll recommend it to friends and family visiting Athens.

We had a 2-bedroom apartment with a spacious layout and really comfortable beds. The location was handy, with lots of places within walking distance, including the Acropolis. Having access to a washer and dryer on the main level was useful, though use was limited to later in the day and sometimes we had to wait for others to finish.

The host emailed helpful local recommendations, and one of the restaurants on the list turned out to be amazing. We had a car and were lucky to find parking just around the corner, a real plus. We didn't take the metro or other public transport, though the station is very close. My friend and I felt at ease from the start in this modern, spacious, exceptionally clean apartment, with its cozy bed and fresh feel. It's peaceful despite being right in central Athens, with cafes, restaurants, pastry shops, and other shops close by. It felt like an oasis, and I'm so glad we found it. I'd happily recommend it and come back whenever I'm in this wonderful city.
