It's very clean and close to everything, with thoughtful extras like slippers, toothbrushes, and earplugs. Ioanna responded straight away when we messaged on arrival and gave very specific directions for getting there by Metro. She was available if we needed anything. The air conditioning was wonderful, and we made breakfast in the kitchenette each morning using groceries from the small supermarket across the street. You're right in the heart of Athens, so there is some noise, but that was part of the experience for us. We were so tired at the end of the day that we slept without earplugs. A+!

We'd absolutely stay again. The room was modern, stylish, and spacious, with a handy kitchenette, a really nice shower, and a very clean, comfortable feel. The market across the street is excellent for coffee, pastries, and everyday items. There was a very loud party near the hotel, so the lovely owner or manager moved us to the back side of the hotel. We slept well for the rest of our stay. The Athens location couldn't be better. Thanks, and cheers from Nova Scotia, Canada.

Our first visit to Athens was easy to enjoy from here. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the major attractions, in a fun, lively neighborhood. There are parties and some noise at night, though it didn't bother us. We brought a white noise machine and had no trouble on Friday or Saturday. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. M17 was great value, and Ioanna, the owner, was incredibly kind and hospitable.

We had a great stay with our 10-month-old baby. The people were kind and welcoming, and there are nice restaurants and cafes nearby. It's in central Athens with lots of trendy spots around, so it does get a little noisy at night, but that also means plenty of shops stay open late and are easy to reach. The room was spacious and better than I expected, with good equipment, and the air conditioning worked properly. There's a small lift, so handling luggage is no worry.
