Mr. Stelios and his wife were so kind and ready to help with anything we needed. The house is lovely, clean, spacious, and fully equipped, making it ideal for families.

We found the house genuinely new, with all the comforts you need, and in a great spot in Finikounta. It gives you peace and privacy while keeping the area’s beautiful beaches close by. The price felt like good value, and it was clear that Mr. Stelios and his wife care more about their guests having a good experience than making easy money. They were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help. Thank you, Mr. Stelios, for hosting us at avocado house. We’ll speak very highly of our stay!

Mr. Stelios and Mrs. Evgenia are such warm, kind people! The house was spotless and fully equipped, with electric windows and a perfect yard. This really felt like a vacation. We couldn’t have found better accommodation. Five stars don’t seem enough!

The house is fully equipped and just right for a family holiday. But what made it special was how Mr. Stelios and his wife welcomed us. We made new friends in them, and their hospitality was impeccable. Five stars aren’t enough; they deserve 10 with a ton! I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

We stayed in a beautifully designed, modern place that was spotless. The owner was amazing, and the sea and a tavern are very close by. Finikounda is a five-minute drive away.
