Balhambra Suites - Adults Only

The owner and his son have a real gift for making guests feel welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail made this one of the most comfortable and beautiful properties I’ve stayed in while traveling around Greece. I left with wonderful memories and would be delighted to return.

The location is fantastic, and the spacious room has a balcony, a comfortable bed, and a partial harbour view. I’d have liked beach towels in the room, along with some more modern touches. Blackout curtains would help too.

We loved our June 2023 stay in Executive Suite 111 with Partial Harbour View. The bed was really comfortable, and the apartment was modern, finished to a high standard, and everything worked just as it should. Three programmable AC units kept it cool. Although nearby shops and restaurants are particularly close, their noise didn’t disturb our sleep because the suite is very well soundproofed. The friendly reception team at Balhambra Suites arranged taxi transfers for us at a much more competitive rate than we found elsewhere. They also kept our luggage after checkout until our transfer later that afternoon. We thought Emplisi beach might be too far to reach without a car, but it’s only about a mile away and an easy walk for many. The water was magnificent, clearer than we’d ever seen, with shades of blue we’d never encountered before. There’s also a taxi rank very close to Balhambra.

Quiet and relaxing, with a warm welcome, great rooms, and good cleaning service. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the quayside and all the restaurants. Excellent, excellent, excellent! Definitely recommended.
