We came with a dance group, and the hotel went beyond what we expected. The staff were flexible and responsive, and they took a real interest in making the experience good for our participants. We've organized dance holidays for years, and this was one of our best hotel stays. We were so pleased that we've already decided to return with our next dance tour. Everyone, from housekeeping and the restaurant team to reception and management, was friendly, professional, and ready to help all week. From our first day, we felt truly welcome, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The hotel is beautiful, its facilities are excellent, and the food was delicious every day with lots of choice. A huge thank you to the whole team for making it special. We can't wait to come back! Best regards, Ewa & Santino

The atmosphere was fab, and the rooms were lovely. It's only a 10 euro taxi ride to the old town, and the hotel is stunning. I had a June 2025 holiday here and honestly had the best one I've ever had. The food was great, the staff lovely, and it was so relaxing. I'd recommend it to anyone and will 10000% be back soon.

The pool bar snacks in the afternoon were great, and there was a fantastic range of food in the main restaurant for every meal. The bar team were hardworking, friendly, and light-hearted, and the rest of the staff were just as warm. The whole place was spotless. It was such a clean hotel, with fantastic food choices and staff who were the cherry on top. I'd definitely recommend it and return. It would be utter perfection if there were a little beach instead of the man-made aggregate area ☺️

The grounds and facilities were lovely, and our room was nice. Still, I didn't feel the stay matched what I'd expect at a real five-star hotel. We had specifically requested a double bed but arrived to find twin beds, which was disappointing. Service and organisation were the main problems. The main restaurant queues were consistently very long, particularly on Sundays when the other restaurants were closed. The hotel didn't seem able to seat everyone comfortably. Since I'm pregnant, I paid attention to the alcohol-free cocktails. There were only a few mocktails, they were very syrupy, and the bars wouldn't make standard drinks like a Piña Colada without alcohol. It gave the impression they relied on premixed drinks instead of making cocktails fresh, which I would expect at a five-star hotel. The place has potential and beautiful grounds, but the service and guest experience need work to justify that rating.

We had a fantastic stay at the Kresten Royal Euphoria Resort. The resort was spotless, the service was brilliant, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and amazing. Food had so much choice throughout the day, and the drinks were tiptop too. Booking the restaurants got a bit chaotic for our party of six, so book early and double-check. I'd highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!
