You can walk to the beaches and the village of Fiscardo in 10-15 minutes, and the location is perfect. Our room, 101, was basic but clean. The place as a whole needs a revamp. The shower rose was coming off the wall, the bed linen was too small for the bed, and the noise in the room was dreadful. We recorded the noise because it was so bad. It was coming from inside, not the road. Whenever someone turned on water, there seemed to be a high-pitched squeal in our room. Someone upstairs also stomped back and forth most nights, usually until 11pm. I don't know what was going on, but it happened every night during our six-night stay. Not a pleasant experience.

There were ants all over the apartment, and the kitchenette smelled strongly of mould. Breakfast was mediocre, and the person preparing it at 6 in the morning was so noisy we woke up at least twice in the early morning. The staff were impolite and hostile. They didn't help with the luggage, despite the steep staircase between the entrance and the rooms. At checkout, the maid banged on our door to make us leave. It felt crazy hostile. We'd paid in full when we first entered the apartment. Just avoid this hotel.

We had a wonderful time here. The location is lovely, just outside the hustle and bustle but close to the lively center of Fiscardo. The staff are friendly and helpful, and arranged things for us like beach towels and morning drinks.
