Martini Waterfront Suites Apartments

The apartment was very clean when we arrived and was cleaned daily. It has beautiful panoramic views and a good location near the town and harbour. There are some things to be aware of: a steep ramp and stairs lead to the apartment, the patio is tired and the glass could do with cleaning, and the grounds need work to look as pretty as the website pictures. A welcome pack with wifi codes and local recommendations would have been a nice touch. There was no greeting or farewell from the owner.

We stayed this August and loved every minute. The accommodation was clean and modern, the beds comfortable and the pool beautiful. It’s a quiet, peaceful spot on the village outskirts, with stunning coastline views and Ithaca beyond. The port of Fiskardo is a ten-minute walk away. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely stay again.

I really liked the grounds at Martini, with all the greenery and flowers, olive trees, and sea views framed by the mountains. It’s a fabulous place, and September is a great time to visit. Across the road there’s a rocky shore with steps into the water, and with a car you can reach many beautiful beaches nearby. This is probably the best region in Kefalonia. I want to come back next year.

We wished we could have stayed longer, and would love to return someday. It’s a very special place, with beautiful gardens and a great swimming pool overlooking the sea. The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean, with a large comfortable bed facing the sea, a small kitchenette and a lovely big bathroom. Nicolas and Lena looked after us very well, and Dimitris was an excellent host who was always available to answer questions. My husband and I stayed for a week at the end of May this year. It’s a five-minute walk into Fiskardo and ten minutes to Foki beach.
