After I booked this accommodation through Booking and paid, with the reservation confirmed, the owner told me he had made a mistake and couldn’t accept it, citing “various reasons.” He offered no alternatives, such as a minimum stay, even though Booking showed no such restriction. When I asked in messages through the platform, he refused three times to give me his name. Because of this, my family and I were charged for the ferry tickets we had already bought, and we had to change our travel plans. I have no complaints about Booking or its customer service. They were excellent and tried to find alternatives that suited us. Be very careful with this accommodation’s owner. His response was unacceptable, and he showed no willingness to help.
