The hotel was generally clean, the shower needs some work, and breakfast was okay. What made the stay uncomfortable was the staff on Sunday morning, who seemed bored and uninterested. Maybe they were having a bad day, who knows, but guests at reception and during family breakfast time need a welcoming, accommodating approach. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I hope the service improves and the staff can feel happy in their work.

The monoliths across the street look magical, lit up at night, and we watched climbers on them during the day. The staff were among the kindest people we've met in Greece, and that's saying a lot in such a friendly country. Awesome place, A+++. I'd strongly suggest staying here.

The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely caring, and the dining was excellent, with fresh, well-prepared dishes and attentive service. The suites at Emerald Suites & Spa Hotel are spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. Its spa has outstanding treatments in a calm setting. It exceeded all my expectations and made for a comfortable, memorable stay. Highly recommended.

After we had to change apartments, we stayed here for a week and would gladly return. Maria at reception made us feel at home right away, and owner Mr Niko was just as warm and welcoming. Everyone, from reception to the kitchen and housekeeping, was friendly and professional, a real asset to the hotel and area. The place was exceptionally clean, and breakfast was amazing. It's a quick five-minute walk down a small slope to the busy part of Florina. Thank you to all the wonderful staff!
