We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because we wanted to try the cute restaurants nearby and enjoy a morning walk. The hotel arranged transfers to and from the port, which was really helpful. It was also easy to walk to all the restaurants in Chora, and we only used the car during the day for the beaches. Folegandros is small, so you can get almost anywhere in about 15 minutes by car. We spent seven nights in August and left with a new favorite island, thanks to Malika's tips on beaches, restaurants and things to do. She and the team made us feel warmly welcomed and cared about us like family. Kallisti hotel isn't a five-star place, and that's part of what I liked. It's comfortable, with the simple Greek lifestyle and atmosphere of this beautiful island, and feels genuinely authentic. Our room was very clean, with fresh towels and cleaning every day. The AC worked really well, and we had tea, coffee and lovely l’Occitane products in the shower. The view of the church of Virgin Maria up on the hills was breathtaking, especially from bed in the morning. Thank you, dear Malika and team, you were amazing hosts. We'll definitely come back soon. The hotel was beautifully kept and the rooms were very clean. Its close to Chora, where there's a great choice of dinner spots and a fantastic atmosphere. The owner and the reception manager were both incredibly welcoming and wanted us to have the best time. They helped with our luggage and were ready to help with anything else. We really enjoyed our stay, and I'd absolutely recommend it.

A good base for exploring Folengrandos. The hotel is clean and pleasant, with an easy walk into Chora. There's a nice pool and lounging area for lazy afternoons, and the host and hostess are charming and attentive.

Kallisti hotel is a great fit for a stay on the small, authentic Greek island of Folgandros. It's a family-run place, and we felt welcome from the moment we came through the door. They arranged everything between the port and hotel, and the pool, rooms and air conditioning were all brilliant. The location is absolute gold if you want to be right by the old town: two minutes and you're among the windy cobblestone streets. A lovely, authentic hotel on the doorstep of the old town.

Malika, the manager, was so sweet and did everything she could to make our five days in Folegandros memorable. We were glad to meet such lovely people on our travels. The hotel is stunning, with a perfect location and an incredible view. We had an amazing stay and hope to see you soon 💛
