The view is probably one of the best on the island, and the rooms are quiet and spacious for two people. It's five minutes by car to the port at Fri and the island's best beach, Emporios, or you can walk downhill to Emporios in ten minutes. Parking is available, even outside your room, which was handy for the luggage. Kyria Anna is kind and willing to help. The sheets and towels seemed and felt clean, and the property allowed our labrador dog to stay with us. The property has an old-fashioned, 80s style, though. The faucets, fridge and stove were all rusty and made things feel dirty. The shower was extremely small, with barely enough room for an adult to shower properly. When we visited in August 2023, half the road leading there was rocky. This turned out to be a bad choice for my family, for those reasons and because one of the two rooms we'd booked wasn't ready until 5pm, even though we arrived at 11am. There was no clear check-in or check-out time, and the previous guests kept the room until late. That afternoon I saw lots of ants in the sink and washed them away. Overnight they were all over our bed, so I stayed awake. I told Kyria Anna the next morning, and she put some sort of pesticide around the bed. After a day at the beach, we found one room hadn't been cleaned. The owner thought we'd left the dog inside, but didn't call to check. By the way, we never leave her alone. We decided to leave early because we weren't happy with the place. We told the owner, and she refunded half of the remaining amount.

Anna was always there to clean and made our stay even more pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It's right above the water, in a quiet spot, with an amazing, breathtaking view. The most beautiful place to stay. We can't wait to go back!

We spent 10 days here and made beautiful memories. The apartment was beautiful and fairly priced, with a big room, a kitchen, and an amazing balcony. There's also a bbq area in the compound. The view was magnificent, and I really liked the host, who was calm and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Amazing studios, and the owners are super friendly! I could stay there forever!
