Getting to Gaios and the island sights is easy by car or scooter. I wouldn’t suggest walking from the port with luggage, though, as I did, since the roads are steep. The rooms and kitchen were very clean and had everything needed, while the terrace and garden around the house were lovely and gave a sense of belonging that many holiday places don’t offer. I spent five days at Agrielia on Paxos in September 2024, and I’m glad I chose both the island and the accommodation. Katerina, her husband, and their daughter were excellent hosts. They made me feel very welcome, shared information about the island and weather, gave me one of the best rooms, and treated me to the most delicious sandwich ice cream 😉. I’d definitely recommend Agrielia for a relaxing, pleasant stay.

The location was just right, and everything about the stay was fantastic. My room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the kitchen had all the equipment I needed. I highly recommend Agrielia for a memorable stay.

The family who runs the place is lovely, kind, and so helpful. Thank you, Nikki and Nikos! We’ll stay with you again when we return to Greece. The place is a 10. The room and bathroom were spacious and new, and the bed was really comfortable. There’s a large terrace around the house and a big shared kitchen with all the needed tools. There’s a fridge in the room as well as one in the kitchen. It’s in a very quiet area, just five minutes by bike from Gaios.

It was a very peaceful stay, with that typical Greek hospitality. The owners were really nice, and the house has a great garden. Gaios village is quite close, and our well-kept room had air conditioning and was well equipped.
