The only thing that worked well was the air conditioning. Everything else left us very disappointed, and the place was not worth the price. We wouldn’t recommend it, even to travelers with low expectations. We booked a top-floor apartment with a good view based on the photos, but got a ground-floor unit facing the parking lot. The TV and fan shown in the listing photos were both missing. The room had no kettle at first, no toaster, no hand soap, toilet paper, hand sanitizer or bin bags. Only one spoon, knife and fork were provided. The kitchen extractor didn’t work and had been painted over. The electric stovetop took half an hour to boil water for two coffees. The third bed was badly sagging in the middle and unusable. There was no shower curtain, so water splashed across the bathroom. The bathroom fan didn’t work, with its blades removed and only the motor running. There was no soundproofing, and we could hear everything next door. Wi-Fi barely worked most of the time. The apartment didn’t appear to have been cleaned before we arrived. Hot water was available only around midday, about 13:00, not in the evening or at night. We reported it and were told it would be fixed, but nothing changed, even after three days. We never saw the owner. The kettle was brought only after those three days. The owner didn’t speak English, and her son, who does, was never around. We had agreed to pay by card, but on arrival were told they would only take cash, which was inconvenient and unprofessional. The listing was misleading, with missing or unusable facilities and poor service. Before booking or paying, I’d advise confirming which apartment and floor you’ll get, what the view is like, and what equipment is actually there. What you see online may not match the reality. I hope the owner reads this and reconsiders the conditions and service. I can’t recommend the property.
