The kitchenette was the weak spot, quite old and worn. As a base for a stay, though, I'd recommend it. The rooms are simple but immaculate, with a modern, roomy bathroom and firm, comfortable beds. Lovely views and a lovely pool too.

With just 16 rooms, it stays peaceful, and I enjoyed chatting with some of the other guests. I felt safe and would happily come back. The rooms were cleaned daily, and Poppy and Maria were wonderful. Breakfast was €5, with lots to choose from and eggs made to order. The pool was clean and just the right size, and the room was very comfortable.

The staff weren't around much, but when they were, they were lovely and helped me and my mum with our suitcases. The place was clean and close to the shops. I loved it here.

A quiet, good-value stay, and I’m really enjoying it. The apartment block is plain but nice, clean and practical, with a fantastic pool. It’s surrounded by paddocks where chickens and sheep wander.

Kavros has a long sandy beach as well as several tavernas, bars and shops, and The Dias Hotel makes a great base for it all. The family-run place is clean and comfortable, a short walk from the centre. There’s a lovely pool with comfortable loungers around it.
