The location worked well for us, with the bus station nearby, and the hotel felt just a short walk out of town while still close enough. The staff were great and helpful with recommendations, and it seemed to be family run. It was nice to borrow an umbrella from reception. Some parts of the hotel were great, while others felt old. They gave us one bottle of water at check-in, but no more during the stay, so we had to buy it at reception since tap water wasn’t drinkable. The shower setup was odd and water went everywhere because there was no glass panel. We also had to pay a 6euro tax at checkout.

You can find some peace and quiet here, away from the main square. The rooms are excellent, breakfast has a great spread, and the host is cordial with excellent service. The hotel is just below fira, the market square, about a five minute walk from a supermarket, pharmacy, and bus stand. They can also organise tours and arrange pickup and drop-off.

The staff clearly put thought into things from the moment we walked in. Details in the rooms and around the hotel made for a high quality stay. Breakfast is included, and the pool made it a lovely place for a slow morning. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony, looking out over the caldera. It’s on the outskirts of Fira, so it was quiet and comfortable. Thank you!

A good stay overall. The hotel is quiet and near the Fira bus terminus, with cosy rooms, basic amenities, and a pool view. Staff were courteous, and the small dining area served a nice complimentary breakfast. They can arrange different tours around Santorini on request. The island-inspired colour scheme really stood out.

The pool was a nice bonus, and everything we needed was within walking distance, including the bus station, restaurants, and shops. Our room was spotless, with an amazing view of the volcano and sunset. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Alma and Sarah.
