The staff were warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There’s a great pool and breathtaking views, with a location that works well for relaxing or exploring. My stay at hotel Palladion felt magical, and I’ll never forget it. Highly recommend!

Fira’s main town is just a short walk away, which made this a great base for exploring Santorini without spending a fortune. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and service and facilities were high quality for such an affordable price. It went beyond what I expected and was amazing value. Highly recommended!

The pool was probably the best thing about the hotel, and the location was perfect. A stop for southbound buses is about a 10-second walk away, Thira is around 10 minutes on foot, and there are plenty of supermarkets, bakeries, and souvlaki shops nearby. The receptionist was very kind and helped sort out a couple of things when I asked, despite having some difficulty with English. The main problems for me were the Wi-Fi and the power setup tied to the key holder. The hotel has a main building with reception and a back building, but Wi-Fi didn’t reach the last room in the back building, where I stayed, and barely worked by the pool either. I didn’t mind much because I have a Europe-wide 5G plan, but it matters if you need Wi-Fi. When you take the key to lock up and leave, the electricity cuts off after a few minutes, so charging devices while you’re out isn’t possible. I understand the power saving and safety concerns, but it’s too restrictive. At least one socket should stay on. I had to work out how to charge four devices with one dual-port charger. If you have several devices, bring more chargers and charge them overnight. The bathroom curtain in the back building was awful and useless. I flooded the bathroom several times. I don’t know whether the main building has the same issue. I gave four stars because I didn’t really need Wi-Fi, but if I had, I’d have lowered my rating to three.
