Orama Hotel & Spa

The hospitality at Orama Hotel & Spa was the best we experienced in five hotels over about two and a half weeks traveling around Greece. We’d happily return to Santorini and stay here again. We arrived around 9:30 a.m. after an early flight, well before the 3:00 p.m. check-in. The staff offered us breakfast while we waited, then let us into our room at 12:30. Maria made us feel welcome during check-in, and when we came back from breakfast, the manager had upgraded us from a Junior Suite to a Suite. The room was spotless, spacious, and well kept. Panos came up to explain the AC/heat system and how the windows and doors worked. He was friendly and thorough. Breakfast had a great selection, and George, Teo, and Iraklis were attentive and accommodating. My friend and I had a memorable stay, and I’d highly recommend Orama Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Santorini.

We really enjoyed our stay at Orama. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the rooms were clean. There was a huge range of breakfast choices, and the restaurant and bar stayed open all day. We could also have food brought to the room and eat it out on our terrace. I tried the spa treatments too, and they were excellent.

The beds were really comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I especially loved the seafood pasta, it was amazing! 👌🏽😍 One thing that could have been better was breakfast. It was the same each day, so some variation would’ve been nice.

It’s a beautiful hotel, but the quality didn’t feel like five stars. Some days the rooms weren’t cleaned, soap wasn’t replenished, and a few rooms were missing things like a do not disturb sign or an iron. We also weren’t allowed to eat our own food by the pool.
